Information we collect
If you send a future-opportunities profile, we collect the contact details, location, work preferences, professional links, written answers, and resume or CV you choose to give us. Please do not send documents or personal information we did not ask for.
How we use it
We use this information to consider you for future roles, contact you about relevant openings, run recruiting, keep the process secure, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a profile is not an application for an open job, and it is not a promise that we will contact you or hire you.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to recruiting, operations, legal, security, and hiring people who need it. We may use service providers for hosting and recruiting operations. We do not sell applicant information or use resumes for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep future-opportunity submissions for up to 24 months, unless a shorter period applies, you ask us to delete the submission, or it becomes part of an active hiring or legal file. To withdraw, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@neurocircle.app from the address you used in your submission.
Accessibility and contact
If you need an accessible way to apply or a reasonable accommodation, email careers@neurocircle.app. Privacy questions can go to privacy@neurocircle.app. We will never ask you to pay a fee or send banking details to get an interview or a job.
