Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use NeuroCircle to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, exploit, defraud, impersonate, or deliberately deceive another person.

Do not promote, coordinate, or encourage credible threats, violence, abuse, or other unlawful harm.

NeuroCircle has zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

You may not upload, create, share, request, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexually exploit or sexualize minors, groom minors, solicit sexual content from minors, or use NeuroCircle to facilitate unsafe or exploitative contact with a minor.

Suspected child sexual exploitation may also be reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.

NeuroCircle may report suspected child sexual exploitation to NCMEC and appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law, including under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Do not use NeuroCircle for scams, phishing, identity theft, fraudulent transactions, deceptive schemes, coordinated inauthentic activity, or attempts to obtain another person's money, credentials, or personal information through deception.

Suspected fraud may also be reported to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Do not access or attempt to access accounts, systems, networks, or data without authorization.

Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt or overload the service, bypass technical restrictions, evade account enforcement, interfere with security or safety systems, or scrape or collect data from NeuroCircle without authorization.

Unauthorized access to computer systems may also violate applicable law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030.

If buying or selling features are available, you may not offer, promote, buy, or sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, prohibited, or unlawfully dangerous goods or services.

Listings and transactions must comply with applicable law and NeuroCircle's policies.

We may remove content, restrict features, limit distribution, suspend accounts, or terminate access when this policy is violated.

Serious, credible, or unlawful activity may be preserved, investigated, or reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

You can report content, accounts, or activity using NeuroCircle's in-app reporting tools.
