Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use NeuroCircle only after that permission is provided. NeuroCircle is friendship-first and is not a dating service.

Keep your login secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade enforcement, scrape the service, distribute malware, spam people, or attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

Harassment, hate, stalking, grooming, sexual exploitation, scams, threats, and child sexual abuse material are prohibited. The Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy are part of these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant NeuroCircle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or investigate credible safety concerns.

Paid plans are sold through Apple or Google and renew automatically unless cancelled through the store. The store controls billing, eligibility for trials, cancellation, and refunds. Prices shown by the store control over reference prices shown elsewhere.

Marketplace listings are user-generated. Unless a checkout flow expressly says otherwise, NeuroCircle is not the buyer, seller, shipper, or guarantor. Users must describe items accurately and follow applicable laws and product-safety rules.

The NeuroCircle service, software, visual identity, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of NeuroCircle technology or branding to you.

You may post only content you own or are authorized to use. We may remove content in response to a valid copyright notice and may restrict repeat infringers. The Copyright Policy explains how to submit a notice or counter-notice.

You may stop using NeuroCircle or delete your account at any time. We may restrict content, features, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. We may act without advance notice when delay could create risk, compromise an investigation, or violate law.

NeuroCircle is provided as available and is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or financial service. To the extent permitted by law, NeuroCircle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or the conduct of other users. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.
