Terms of Service

NeuroCircle is operated by NeuroCircle LLC. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable policies, apply when you access or use NeuroCircle.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NeuroCircle. If the laws where you live require parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information.

You may not impersonate another person, access another person's account without permission, sell or transfer accounts, or create accounts to evade enforcement or suspension.

Your use of NeuroCircle must comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on NeuroCircle.

By using the service, you grant NeuroCircle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce our policies, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or comply with applicable law.

Certain features may require payment or a subscription.

When purchases are processed through Apple or Google, their payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms apply. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the applicable app store.

Deleting NeuroCircle or your account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.

NeuroCircle may allow users to offer, buy, or sell goods or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, NeuroCircle is not the buyer, seller, shipper, or guarantor of user transactions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that listings, transactions, and items offered through the service are accurate, lawful, and permitted under our policies.

NeuroCircle, including its name, software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by NeuroCircle LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may only upload or share content that you own or have the legal right to use.

We may remove content in response to valid intellectual property complaints and may restrict accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Copyright Policy.

You may stop using NeuroCircle or delete your account at any time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to NeuroCircle when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or our policies, protect users or the service, investigate misconduct, or comply with legal obligations.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken where delay could create risk, interfere with an investigation, or violate the law.

NeuroCircle is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroCircle LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service or the actions of other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or as otherwise required by law before the updated Terms take effect.
