Effective
Emergencies
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
In the United States and its territories, you can call or text 988 for confidential crisis and suicide support.
Report a concern
You can report posts, profiles, messages, and other activity directly within NeuroCircle.
When submitting a report, provide only the information necessary for us to understand and review the issue.
Reports are confidential. The person or account you report will not be told who submitted the report.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action when our policies are violated.
Block an account
Blocking an account prevents that account from directly contacting or interacting with you through supported features.
You can manage blocked accounts from your account settings.
Child safety
NeuroCircle does not tolerate child sexual exploitation, grooming, or child sexual abuse material.
Immediately report suspected exploitation, grooming, underage accounts that violate our policies, or content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
For urgent child-safety concerns, contact safety@neurocircle.app.
Where required, NeuroCircle may report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to the appropriate authorities or organizations.
