Official NeuroCircle email addresses use @neurocircle.app.
Our official website is neurocircle.app.
Be cautious of lookalike domains, impersonation accounts, unexpected attachments, and messages that pressure you to act quickly.
NeuroCircle may send legitimate account, security, support, business, or password-reset communications. Always check the sender and destination before entering account information or taking action.
Never send your NeuroCircle password or authentication codes to another person by email, message, or phone.
Suspicious messages
If you are unsure whether a communication is genuine, do not use the links or contact information contained in the message.
Instead, open neurocircle.app or the NeuroCircle app directly.
Report a scam
Report suspected phishing, impersonation, or fraudulent communications involving NeuroCircle to security@neurocircle.app.

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and review your account security as soon as possible.
