Marketplace Policy

Marketplace features may be limited by age, location, account status, or other eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell through NeuroCircle Marketplace.

Sellers are responsible for the products they list and must have the legal right to sell the item; describe the item accurately; disclose material defects or limitations; use accurate photos and pricing; comply with applicable laws and regulations; and fulfill transactions as represented to the buyer.

Do not misrepresent the condition, authenticity, origin, availability, or price of an item.

You may not list, sell, or facilitate the sale of illegal or stolen goods; counterfeit goods or products that infringe intellectual property rights; recalled, banned, or unlawfully unsafe products; firearms, ammunition, explosives, or prohibited weapons; illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia; tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, or other prohibited age-restricted products; hazardous materials or dangerous chemicals; live animals, protected wildlife, or prohibited animal products; government identification documents, financial accounts, payment credentials, or stolen personal information; malware, unauthorized access tools, or products or services intended to facilitate fraud, theft, or cybercrime; sexually exploitative goods or services; or any other product or service prohibited by law or NeuroCircle policy.

NeuroCircle may prohibit or restrict additional categories even when an item is otherwise legal to sell.

Items represented as authentic must be genuine.

Counterfeit products, unauthorized replicas, and listings that unlawfully use another person's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property are prohibited.

Rights holders may report infringement through NeuroCircle's Copyright Policy or other available reporting tools.

Do not list products that have been recalled, banned, or determined to present an unlawful safety risk.

Sellers are responsible for checking whether products they offer are subject to applicable safety recalls or restrictions.

When NeuroCircle provides checkout, payment, shipping, return, or buyer-protection features, the terms presented with those services also apply.

Keep transactions within NeuroCircle's supported payment and communication systems when those features are provided.

Transactions completed outside supported systems may not be eligible for protections or assistance offered by NeuroCircle.

Never share passwords, authentication codes, or account credentials with a buyer or seller.

Return, refund, cancellation, and purchase-protection terms may vary depending on the product, seller, payment method, and transaction type.

Where NeuroCircle provides these protections, the applicable terms will be shown during checkout, in the order details, or in the relevant Marketplace help pages.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NeuroCircle does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, delivery, or performance of products offered by third-party sellers.

Scams, deceptive listings, payment fraud, phishing, fake tracking information, and attempts to manipulate buyers or sellers are prohibited.

Report suspicious listings, sellers, transactions, or marketplace activity using NeuroCircle's in-app reporting tools.

NeuroCircle may remove listings, cancel or restrict marketplace activity, limit features, suspend accounts, request additional seller information, or take other appropriate action when this policy is violated.

We may also preserve information or cooperate with regulators, rights holders, payment providers, or law enforcement where required or permitted by law.

Marketplace features, eligibility requirements, available products, payment methods, protections, and policies may change as NeuroCircle Marketplace evolves.

The availability of this policy does not guarantee that marketplace features are available to every account or location.
