Community Guidelines

People are free to disagree, criticize ideas, and engage in debate. Harassment and abuse are not permitted.

Do not bully, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly target another person; make credible threats of violence or serious harm; encourage others to harass or target someone; repeatedly contact someone after they have clearly asked you to stop; or use sexual harassment, humiliation, or intimidation to target another person.

Context matters, but disagreement does not justify abuse.

NeuroCircle does not allow content or behavior that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes violence against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Discussion of hateful ideologies may be permitted when presented for legitimate educational, documentary, historical, journalistic, or counterspeech purposes and does not promote hatred or violence.

Do not use NeuroCircle to threaten, encourage, celebrate, coordinate, or facilitate serious violence or physical harm.

Credible threats or indications of imminent danger may be escalated to appropriate authorities when necessary.

Certain threats may also violate applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 875.

Content involving violence may be permitted when there is legitimate news, documentary, educational, historical, or public-interest context. Graphic material may be restricted, labeled, or removed depending on its severity and purpose.

NeuroCircle has zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

You may not create, upload, request, share, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualize minors; groom or sexually solicit minors; engage in sextortion involving a minor; request or exchange sexual images involving minors; encourage minors to engage in sexual activity; or use NeuroCircle to facilitate exploitative or unsafe sexual contact with a minor.

Suspected child sexual exploitation may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law, including under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

If you encounter suspected CSAM, do not download, save, copy, forward, or redistribute it. Report it using NeuroCircle's reporting tools or the NCMEC CyberTipline.

If an intimate image or video was taken when the person depicted was under 18, NCMEC's Take It Down service may also help prevent its distribution across participating platforms.

Sexual exploitation, coercion, sextortion, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.

Do not share intimate images or videos without consent; threaten to distribute intimate material; pressure or deceive someone into providing sexual content; use intimate material to blackmail or extort someone; or create or distribute sexually explicit manipulated or synthetic media depicting a real person without consent.

Serious cases may be preserved or reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Respect other people's privacy.

Do not publish, obtain, or threaten to publish private or sensitive information when doing so could expose someone to harassment, stalking, fraud, identity theft, physical harm, or another serious risk.

This may include home addresses; precise private location information; login credentials; financial information; government identification numbers; private communications; or other sensitive personal information.

Pseudonyms, parody, satire, and fan accounts are allowed when they are not being used to materially deceive people.

Do not impersonate another person, organization, business, or public figure in a way that is likely to mislead others about your identity, affiliation, or authority.

Accounts used for fraud, manipulation, coordinated deception, or abuse may be restricted or removed.

Do not use NeuroCircle to deceive people for money, credentials, property, access, or personal information.

Prohibited activity includes scams and fraudulent schemes; phishing; identity theft; fraudulent financial solicitations; deceptive giveaways; malicious links or malware; credential theft; and coordinated deceptive activity.

Victims of scams or consumer fraud may also report incidents to the Federal Trade Commission through ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Cyber-enabled crime, phishing, account compromise, and online fraud may also be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Do not use NeuroCircle in ways that significantly degrade the experience of others or manipulate platform systems.

This includes excessive unsolicited messaging; automated spam; fake accounts used for manipulation; purchased or artificial engagement; coordinated fake activity; or attempts to artificially manipulate recommendations, rankings, trends, or platform metrics.

Conversations about mental health, recovery, personal experiences, and seeking support are allowed.

Content that encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions intended to facilitate suicide or serious self-harm is not permitted.

Where appropriate, NeuroCircle may limit content, provide support resources, or take other reasonable action when someone appears to be at serious risk.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

In the United States, call 911 for emergencies or call or text 988 for suicide, mental health, or emotional crisis support.

Do not use NeuroCircle to organize, facilitate, promote, solicit, or meaningfully assist serious unlawful activity that creates a risk of harm to people, property, accounts, systems, or the public.

If you encounter content, accounts, messages, or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, use NeuroCircle's in-app reporting tools.

Reports are reviewed based on their nature, severity, surrounding context, and potential risk.

Child-safety reports, credible threats, and reports involving imminent harm may receive priority review.

Violations of these Guidelines may result in one or more enforcement actions, including removal of content; warnings or notices; reduced distribution; temporary feature restrictions; account restrictions; suspension; or permanent account termination.

Enforcement decisions may consider the severity of the violation; surrounding context; intent; actual or potential harm; previous violations; and patterns of behavior.

Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.

Where required or permitted by law, NeuroCircle may preserve relevant information or report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Where available, users may request review of certain enforcement decisions.

An appeal does not guarantee reversal. After review, NeuroCircle may uphold, modify, or reverse the original decision.

Context matters.

Content that might otherwise violate these Guidelines may sometimes remain available when there is a legitimate educational, documentary, scientific, historical, journalistic, artistic, public-interest, or counterspeech reason for allowing it.

Exceptions are not guaranteed and may be limited when content creates a substantial risk of harm.

NeuroCircle may update these Guidelines as the platform, technology, and communities evolve.

When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through NeuroCircle or other appropriate channels.
