Subscription Terms

Subscription plans, features, pricing, billing periods, and availability may vary by platform, location, or account.

When you subscribe, the price, billing period, applicable taxes, trial terms, and renewal information shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by the applicable store.

By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription price at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.

If a payment cannot be completed, access to paid features may be limited or ended.

You may cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

Canceling stops future renewal. Unless otherwise stated, your subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Deleting the NeuroCircle app or deleting your NeuroCircle account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google.

Payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by law or permitted under the applicable payment provider's refund policy.

For purchases billed through Apple or Google, refund requests are handled under that store's applicable policies and procedures.

Some subscriptions may include a free trial, promotional price, or other limited offer.

Eligibility, duration, pricing, and renewal terms will be disclosed before you subscribe. Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically renew at the price shown at checkout.

NeuroCircle may change subscription features, plans, or pricing over time.

If the price of a recurring subscription materially changes, we will provide notice where required and the new price will apply to a future billing period.

You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not want to continue your subscription.

Subscription benefits may evolve as NeuroCircle develops.

Features may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued. The current features included with each subscription will be described in NeuroCircle or at the point of purchase.
