Privacy Choices

You can manage many privacy choices directly in Settings, including profile information; who can find, follow, or contact you; blocked accounts; notification preferences; and available data and privacy preferences.

Permissions for your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, and location can also be managed through your iOS or Android device settings.

Turning off a device permission stops future access through that permission. Features that depend on the permission may no longer work until it is enabled again.

You may review and update much of your account information directly in NeuroCircle.

You may also request access to personal information associated with your account or ask us to correct inaccurate information where applicable.

Requests can be submitted through available account settings or by contacting privacy@neurocircle.app.

Where available, you may request a copy of information associated with your NeuroCircle account through account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may also have a legal right to receive certain personal information in a portable format.

You may request deletion of your NeuroCircle account through the app or through our Account Deletion page if you cannot access the app.

Deleting an account may permanently remove or de-identify information associated with it, subject to limited information we may retain where reasonably necessary or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access or know what personal information we process; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; obtain a portable copy of certain information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; opt out of certain uses or disclosures where applicable; or appeal certain privacy-request decisions.

NeuroCircle will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Where NeuroCircle offers processing based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent through the available settings or by contacting us.

Where required by law, we will also provide appropriate controls for applicable opt-out rights.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before consent was withdrawn.

To protect your account and information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, payment-card numbers, or other account credentials by email.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may contact you directly to verify the request.

If we decline a privacy request, we will provide information about the decision where required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to appeal our decision or submit a complaint to your local data protection or privacy authority.
