Copyright Policy

NeuroCircle respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content on NeuroCircle infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a copyright notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Send notices to legal@neurocircle.app. Subject: Copyright Notice.

A valid notice should include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved; identification and location of the NeuroCircle content you believe is infringing; your name and contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may request additional information if necessary to identify the content or evaluate the notice.

When appropriate, we may remove or disable access to reported content and notify the affected user.

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice.

Send counter-notices to legal@neurocircle.app. Subject: Copyright Counter-Notice.

A valid counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the content that was removed or disabled and where it previously appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Where the DMCA applies, we may restore the affected content between 10 and 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless we receive notice that the copyright claimant has filed an action seeking a court order concerning the content.

NeuroCircle may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Copyright notices and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation regarding claimed infringement or the removal of content may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
